Natural Person Who is That or They?

In jurisprudence, a natural person is a person (in legal meaning, i.e., one who has its own legal personality) that is an individual human being, as opposed to a legal person, which may be a private (i.e., business entity or non-governmental organization) or public (i.e., government) organization.


Natural Person. The term “natural person” refers to a living human being, with certain rights and responsibilities under the law. By contrast, a “legal person,” or an “artificial person,” is a group of people that is considered by law to be acting as a single individual.

Natural person is a real human being or an actual person as distinguished from a corporation which is often treated at law as a fictitious person.

NATURAL PERSON: A human being, naturally born, versus a legally generated juridical.

We all have inherent rights – unalienable, God-given, natural rights – regardless of whether a nation's government recognizes it or writes it ...What are unalienable rights? How to define unalienable rights? Unalienable rights are those which God gave to man at the Creation, once and for all. By definition, since God granted such rights, governments could not take them away. In the United States of America, this fundamental truth is recognized and enshrined in our nation’s birth certificate, the Declaration of Independence:

“[All] men are created equal…[and] are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.” Unalienable rights belong to each person by virtue of the fact that man is made in God’s image, and is therefore endowed with certain attributes, powers, freedoms, and legal protections as part of his essence. These rights are thus inseparable – from each person individually and from the human race in general. They are a gift from the Creator and it is impossible for government to alter or nullify mankind’s divine inheritance. An exhaustive list of the unalienable rights possessed by man would probably fill several volumes. However, at a minimum they include the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. In general, the courts have not decided which rights are unalienable and which are not.

Government Tricks:

First Trick:
The first 'trick' of the Government is the re-definition of certain critical words in each Statute (Act). They (the Government) want you to presume the ordinary meaning of the word so as to trick you into reading and interpreting the Statute in their favour. Here is a summary of some of the Trick Words. Two key words that are re-defined in almost every Statute are the words "person" and "individual". There are only two "persons" in law, a human being, and everything else:
A natural-person is a legal entity for the human-being. An artificial-person is a legal entity that is not a human being. Comment from DetaxCanada: Both types of “person” are legal fictions. A natural person is a human in the false or fictional status of slave crewmember on a make-believe ship called a “body politic”. An “artificial person” is a make-believe ship called a body corporate or politic. The definition found in dictionaries states that a natural person is a human being. In legal terms, a human being refers to a human body without considering the mind - it being the captain of the vessel called the human body. A vessel at sea (equivalent to an ‘adult human’)  is impervious to outside command , as the captain is the supreme commander. A human who is of  “natural person status”, is as a captain of a vessel in ‘dry dock’ – he and his vessel being subservient to the vessel owner, the Crown.. The natural status of an (adult) human is “free will”, and thus sovereign over his own human body. Outside control is equivalent to some form of “piracy” - call it what you may. Here are the exact definitions from Barron's Canadian Law Dictionary, fourth edition (ISBN 0-7641-0616-3):

natural person. A natural person is a human being that has the capacity for rights and duties.

artificial person. A legal entity, not a human being, recognized as a person in law to whom certain legal rights and duties may attached - e.g. a body corporate.

You will observe that the natural-person has the "capacity" (i.e. ability) for rights and duties, but not necessarily the obligation. The artificial-person has rights and duties that may be attached (i.e. assigned) by laws. Comment from DetaxCanada: “Capacity for” is not the same as “Having” rights and duties. The only ‘duties’ a free-will human has are those found in the negative and positive form of the Golden Rule – Do (or, do not) unto others as you would have (not have) others do unto you. Thus, for the free-will human, rights and duties come from the Creator Father, not from government. The “created” cannot dictate to the “creator” – and as the Declaration of Independence says: “That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, …” Alternative expressions for a "natural-person" are "real-person", "human-person", or "human-being". Since governments have recently become paranoid about the use of the term "natural-person" perhaps it is better to use the terms "human-person" or "human-being" instead. Other terms like "private-person" could be misleading because a "private legal entity" (such as a private corporation versus a public corporation) may be called a private-person, which should not be mistaken with a natural-person, human-person, or human-being. The trick is to get you to believe that "private" means "human", which is not necessarily true.

 
Second Trick:

The second 'trick' of the Government is to use the Interpretation Act to define words that apply to all Statutes, unless re-defined within a particular Statute. Without this knowledge, you could presume the ordinary meaning for the words you are reading, not realizing that they may have been defined by the Interpretation Act. Unless these words have been re-defined in another Statute, the underlying definitions for the two most important words still apply, either from the Interpretation Act, or the Canadian Law Dictionary. Basically, they are defined as follows: from the Canadian Law Dictionary we find that:
individual means a natural person,
from the Income Tax Act we find the re-definition:
individual means an artificial person.

from the Canadian Law Dictionary we find that:
person means an individual (natural person) or incorporated group (artificial person),
from the Interpretation Act we find the re-definition:
person means a corporation (an artificial- person),
from the Income Tax Act we find the re-definition again:
person means an artificial person (amongst other things). In the Canadian Human Rights Act you will see how individual and person are used and how they apply to natural and artificial persons. Comment from DetaxCanada: The definition of “individual” in the Income Tax Act says: “ "individual" means a person other than a corporation; ” The only other “person” besides the corporate person (artificial person) is the “natural person”.

Third Trick:

The third 'trick' of the Government is to use both the word "means" and the word "includes" in the definition (interpretation) section of the act. They do this in some critical definitions that they want you to misinterpret. It is important to understand the difference between "means" and "includes" when used in definitions. Previously we believed that "means" and "includes" were interchangeable, however after much study of many statutes, we now have a revised belief, as contained herein.

Here is the interpretation of "means" within statutes: Basic Form: subject means objects;

Effect:

1. means implies a substitution of words.
2. means creates a new definition for the subject.
3. the subject does not need to be pre-defined.
4. the objects need to be pre-defined.
5. any pre-existing definition of the subject is replaced by the objects.

Example from the Bank Act:

"person" means a natural person, an entity or a personal representative;

Interpretation of the above Example from the Bank Act:

Any pre-existing definition for "person" is substituted with the given objects, so when person is stated in the Bank Act, any or all of the objects are used in place of the word person.

Here is the interpretation of "includes" within statutes:
Basic Form: subject includes players;

Effect:

1. includes implies a one-way attachment of the players to the subject.
2. includes does not create a new definition for the subject.
3. the subject needs to be pre-defined.
4. the players need to be pre-defined.
5. any pre-existing definition of subject is still effective.
6. any player can play the role of, or act as a replacement for, the subject.
7. a subject may not play the role of, or act as a replacement for, any player.
8. includes implies attachment for role-playing - the players may play the subject's role in the Act but not vice versa.

Example from the Income Tax Act:

"employee" includes officer;
"corporation" includes an incorporated company;
"insurance policy" includes a life insurance policy;
"taxpayer" includes any person whether or not liable to pay tax;
"person", or any word or expression descriptive of a person, includes any corporation, and any entity exempt, because of subsection 149(1), from tax under Part I on all or part of the entity's taxable income and the heirs, executors, liquidators of a succession, administrators or other legal representatives of such a person, according to the law of that part of Canada to which the context extends;

Interpretation of the above Examples from the Income Tax Act:

An officer may play the role of an employee, but not vice versa. For example, any employee(pre-defined - may be a waitress) may not play the role of a Judicial Office (an officer). Within the Income Tax Act, both employee and officer are pre-defined by the use of the verb means.

An incorporated company may act as a corporation but not vice versa. For example, any corporation (pre-defined - may be unincorporated) may not act as an incorporated company.

A life insurance policy may play the role of an insurance policy but not vice versa. For example, any insurance policy (pre-defined - may be house insurance policy) may not play the role of a life insurance policy.

A person (including a natural person) may act in the capacity of a taxpayer but not vice versa. For example, any taxpayer (pre-defined - may be a corporation) may not act in the capacity of any person (especially a natural person).

A corporation (including an incorporated company) may act as a person, but not vice versa. For example, any person (e.g. an individual, or a natural person) may not act as a corporation.

Here is the interpretation of "means and includes" within statutes: Basic Form: subject means objects, and includes players;

Example from the Interpretation Act:

"province" means a province of Canada, and includes the Yukon Territory, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut;

Interpretation of the above Example from the Interpretation Act:

Any pre-existing definition for "province" is substituted with "a province of Canada", and any of the players (Yukon Territory, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut) may play the role of a province, but not vice versa. For example, any province may not play the role of Nunavut.

The use of the word includes is key to understanding your potential loss of natural-person. This is the major trick used by the Government in an attempt to take away your natural-person rights. Unless you know this, you will voluntarily forfeit your rights. Now that includes is no longer believed to be restrictive, you have to look eslewhere in the statutes to find out where your rights, as a natural person, are preserved. Your rights will be upheld somewhere, you just have to find out where.

  Fourth Trick:

The fourth 'trick' is directly attributable to a defect in the English language in respect of the verb 'to be'. In the English language there are many different meanings of the verb 'to be' and the reader/listener may misinterpret the intended (or 'trick') meaning and thereby draw the wrong conclusion from its use. The two different and distinct meanings of the verb 'to be' which concern us are: the one meaning which relates to the essence of the subject (such as the table is made of wood; he is strong) and the other meaning which relates to a temporary location or position (such as the table is over there; he is a swimmer).
To be succinct, the two relevant meanings of interest, in this 'trick', may be summarized by the following simple definition:
to be, means 'to have the essence of, to exist or live' (in the sense of essence), or 'to occupy a place or position' (in the sense of location or position). By the way, the noun 'essence' requires the helper verb 'to have'. Be careful with 'exist' because an artificial person can 'exist' on a piece of paper somewhere in a file, but an artifical person cannot exist as 'living'
Now to utilize the Fourth Trick associated with 'to be', a judge may make a ruling as follows
"a natural person is a taxpayer", or "a natural person is a driver" which immediately translates into the valid conclusion, with regard to occupying a position (because someone has to do the paperwork), that:
"a natural person occupies the position of a taxpayer" However, a judge cannot make a ruling that:
'a natural person has the essence of a taxpayer'
'a natural person lives as a taxpayer' because human rights are immediately violated and slavery woud be condoned by the judge.

The conclusion, in respect of the Fourth Trick, is to be careful when reading the word "is" and check for 'essence' or 'location'. What you think you read may not be in fact what you really read.

You can very quickly get clarification by asking: "When you say is, do you mean occupies a position, or do you mean has the essence of (lives as)?" With this question you will immediately expose any 'trick' which is being utilized.

Spanish is one of the few languages which has maintained a distinction by having two separate verbs; the verb 'ser', derived from the Latin 'esse' (English 'essence'), is used 'to have essence'; and the verb 'estar', derived from the Latin 'stare' (English 'state'), is used for a 'temporary location or position'.

Fifth Trick:

The fifth 'trick' is the use of the word 'you' to create joinder between the one who speaks, and the artificial-person. See the PDF document Who Is You? for additional insight.

Sixth Trick:

The sixth 'trick' is the use of the Birth Certificate to create a bunch of legal entities with NAMEs derived from the Birth Certificate, and to get you to agree that you are the same as the NAME on the Birth Certificate. For a starter, here is a document which discusses this topic.

Seventh Trick:

The seventh 'trick' is to have you affix your "signature" to documents, thereby creating joinder with Artificial Person represented by the "signature" in some official capacity. Human beings use an "autograph" not a "signature".

Water and Fluoride

“Fluoride seems to fit in with lead, mercury, and other poisons that cause chemical brain drain,”Grandjean says.

“The effect of each toxicant may seem small, but the combined damage on a population scale can be serious, especially because the brain power of the next generation is crucial to all of us.”

As with other fresh water supplies (e.g., spring water, lake water, river water), bottled waters have low levels of fluoride.

Fresh surface water contains an average of just 0.05 ppm. To put this in perspective, artificially fluoridated water (using industrial-grade fluoride chemicals) contains 0.7 to 1.2 ppm fluoride, which is 14 to 24 times more than the average natural level.

Fluoride Health Problems

There is a lot of controversy surrounding the presence of fluoride in public drinking water (fluoridation). For starters, before fluoride was used to fight cavities, it was (and still is) used in insecticides and rat poision.

Fluorosis is a condition that wears down the enamal of the tooth, leaving behind white spots, making the teeth more vulnerable to cavities and decay. Fluorosis is a very real health condition that can effect both children and adults. More and more evidence is mounting against the use of fluoride, even in small amounts. But it doesn’t appear to be a critical issue according to the US Surgeon Generals, as the last 5 Surgeon Generals have supported the fluoridation of drinking water. Incidentally, the claimed health benefits almost always point to oral health. Fortunately, the CDC is calling for new labeling rules requiring manufacturers to list a product’s fluoride content, which we have found to be missing in some cases.

What is too much Fluoride?

Fluoride itself is actually required by our bodies in low doses. When consumed in high amounts, specifically the man-made fluoride that is in public drinking water, can cause problems.

An estimated 5-10g of sodium fluoride can be lethal for some adults. While fluoride provides benefits to your oral health, it can also come with adverse side effects, that vary in severity depending upon the amount of fluoride consumed. Excessive consumption of fluoride can lead to gastrointestinal discomfort. This can occur with doses 15 to 20 times lower than actual lethal doses (0.2-0.3mg/kg). Fluoride in exessive amounts can also cause problems in the formation bone.

Pyramids the city of free power. While now we live like savages.

The Pyramids of Giza are considered one the greatest wonders of the world. Gerald Massey (29 May 1828 – 29 October 1907) was a poet and author of spiritualism. He was best known for his book Ancient Egypt: The Light of the World. He soon died after the book was published but it remains a staple today in academic circles.  I remember reading a profound statement Massey made (and I paraphrase) when he said although he has been studying ancient Egypt for over 40 years, he felt his knowledge base on ancient Egypt was that of a child!

I wonder where his knowledge base would have been if he lived during our times; advanced enough to put the pieces together?  There has been a tremendous amount of theories regarding the pyramids. In the earliest phases archeologist believe pyramids where nothing but tombs for the pharaohs. In essence, they believed the larger than life a pharaoh was correlated to the size of their pyramid.

Herodotus, in the 5th century BC, who has been called the “Father of History” wrote that Cheops never used the great pyramid as a tomb, but was buried elsewhere, “in a subterranean region on an island surrounded by the waters of the Nile.

Later theories morphed into showing the power of Egypt and they were aligned with celestial markers to honor their gods. Many dedicated authors studied over large chunks of their lives and have built compelling cases but it just might be really simple. Due to theft and looting we have been left with a shell and architectural clues. Suppressing the truth of the Great Pyramids of Giza leads back to the elite protecting their systems in order to stay filthy rich.

What we are looking at, when evaluating the Pyramids of Giza, was a multi-purpose energy system. This was free energy afforded to all of the people. All homes enjoyed light and power even the most rudimentary batteries stayed charged. I discovered a cymatic match on the Sumerian Tablet of Shamash which shows a particular frequency embedded in stone. I began to understand the ancient people used sound to move objects.

The Great Pyramids of Giza harness the very sound waves from the inner core of the earth. Humans cannot hear the frequencies from the Earth but sound waves are emanating from the Earth. These pyramid cultures flourished because they took care of the basic needs of the people. This is exactly why these ancient empires lasted thousands upon thousands of years.

The Great Pyramid is flat dab in the center of the earth’s land mass and also acts like a fulcrum. This design take advantage of the sound waves pushing out of the inner core into the shafts. Where the limestone dampens the low frequencies and only allows the highest frequencies to emanate out of the pyramid. The pyramids where coated with gold which conducted these high frequencies. This is why there was such a quest for gold from these ancient civilizations because it led to power…just not the kind most think!

Based on the size of the Pyramid of Giza a field of free energy was created around Egyptian cities. The ancient word for battery was djed and any battery in this field was constantly charged. Ankhs in this field had increased power and the darker the skin the higher the frequency a person could conduct. Rods were used to direct this power in a field for the intended purpose.

The Pyramid of Giza is essentially the world’s largest Pepco station! Due to its enormous size massive amounts of high frequency could be generated. The field must have went out for hundreds of miles! The Pyramid of Giza was flooded with water because sound travels about 4 times as fast in water as it does in air! Which means the high frequency were moving with increased velocity by the time it hit the crystals.

Can you imagine living in a country that not only was responsible for the infrastructure and development of the nation, but provided FREE energy to the people? This was a time when people actually worked together and did amazing things because of FREE energy. Any device which required power was automatically powered if it was in this field; the caveat is you would have to know the tune.

The elements used to design the high frequency power stations were ferreted away after Napoleon’s “scientific” expedition. Soon after Napoleon’s return new patents for electronics began to emerge. After Napoleon’s army left the pyramids unprotected the ransacking began; but rest assured the components of the high frequency generator had already been removed. Knowing the Pyramid of Giza is a high frequency generator allows us to reverse engineer the necessary components based on the architecture of ALL of the shafts. Including the King and the Queen’s chamber, as they like to call it.

Now when I look at the King and Queen’s chamber I see a housing for the missing components. I believe there were customized crystals housed in these chambers. When the high frequency sped through the water then the crystals began to vibrate. A frequency so high it was undetectable by humans ears. Let’s get a better understanding of crystal used for frequency. A crystal oscillator is an electronic oscillator circuit that uses the mechanical resonance of a vibrating crystal of piezoelectric material to create an electrical signal with a very precise frequency.

This means a precise frequency was generated, instrument, tools, and weapons had to be configured to this precise frequency allowing them to tune in and gain power! If you were an outsider and you needed power you had to be cleared and trained about the precise frequency. Any invention in the ancient land need only tune-in and massive amounts of free energy was available.

Let’s take a look at the architectural structure and you will see how The Great Pyramid’s design takes the energy from our rotating earth. Inside the Earth’s inner core are more crystals! Remember, I mentioned crystals were used in the King and Queen’s chamber? Well the Earth’s crystals created an ever present field of sound . . . we just can’t hear it; but it surely can be harnessed. As demonstrated by many ancient pyramid cultures.

This also explains why these ancient cultures lived in such harmony with the Earth because she was more than the sustainer of life. The ancients knew the Earth was a power station giving her children free energy. As a by-product of the Earth’s free spin her crystals vibrated frequency . . . sound waves. This explains the design of the “Unfinished Chamber” of the Pyramid of Giza, accepted by academia and perpetuated by the educational systems.

The “Unfinished Chamber” is quite finished. I assure you. It was designed to capture and direct the sound waves through the pyramid. In its rawest form the sound waves come bundled in low to the highest frequencies. Again, the water acted as a “turbo boost” pushing the frequencies through four times faster than if they merely passed through air. This allowed the King and the Queen’s crystals to vibrate and increase the propagating sound waves in the pyramid! The frequencies propagated toward the outside of the pyramid where the low frequencies were filtered out and only the high frequency escaped the pyramid. The gold coating on the Great Pyramid of Giza allowed the pyramid structure to resonate only the high frequency.

Now we understand why the ancient Egyptians decided to build the Great Pyramid at the exact center of the surface of the Earth’s land mass. That must have been the best location for acoustic capture of free energy! If the Earth’s core is a massive iron/crystal core at 1,500 wide silently ringing free energy around the earth who needs fossil fuels? We are all being distracted and the solutions are right in our face. We could replicate this basic design and transform every industry and change life for the better.

At one time the entire academic systems perpetuated the Pyramid of Giza was a tomb for Cheops. I can only suspect after the Napoleon’s “scientific” theft of the inner workings of the pyramids false notions were planted in academic circles. Even then the elite knew not to share free energy with the people; let alone, with an energy the elite could not profit off. The elite worked through secret societies that spanned the globe. There is a phrase that whoever wins the wars owns the history. As you can see the Pyramid of Giza is more than just a spiritual symbol or a show of great power . . . it is a transformer of great power!

This means all the other planets in our solar system . . . including our Sun emanate sound waves; a high frequency symphony waiting to get tapped like a college keg party. We need only to disconnect from our current path of being “fear-aholics” and “doomsday prophecy junkies.” We are being distracted as a human race on unprecedented levels. The irony is answers are right in our face yet all we need to do is to focus on them. Technology has reached such a place in conjunction with the Internet where we are becoming aware. Dots are being connected much quicker now.

Instead of focusing on doom and a rush to death we need to embrace being alive. We need to focus our collective consciousness on improving our lives through free energy. The ancients left us blueprints embedded in stone. We need only use our current scientific knowledge base to reverse engineer the solutions. Understanding the Earth is not only the sustainer of life but a free energy power station should guide us in protecting her. No more needs for hydrofracturing, oil, or gas because man needs to rape the Earth in order to collect these fossil fuels. It is time to wake up as a people and feel the vibrations.
